    • Local activities solely encompass academic support. Local activities are solely academic support. All support activities by the partner in Vietnam are supplementary and do not replace the international instructors from UITM and Paris-U. • The University of Information Technology and Management (UITM), the Université Libérale de Paris (Paris-U), LAS, and their partners do not guarantee that enrolling in their programs will lead to graduation, obtaining a degree, or any specific outcomes. UITM and Paris-U will only confer degrees and recognize academic results if students fulfill all academic requirements, financial regulations, disciplinary rules, and other stipulations.
    • In the case of breach of commitments, unauthorized absences, voluntary program discontinuation, or violation of regulations, including financial obligations, UITM, Paris-U, LAS, and their partners reserve the right to refuse acceptance, support, revoke student status, and withhold refund of fees or tuition.

    • While cross-recognition and equivalency measures exist for degrees, each country, organization, and entity reserves the right to recognize degrees independently. UITM, Paris-U, LAS, and their partners do not automatically guarantee recognition during the use of their degrees, certificates, diplomas, transcripts, and other credentials. They also do not guarantee or assist in the process of obtaining equivalent degree recognition (if any).
